About Me

I'm an Instructional Designer and a Training and Development Specialist

I have more than 10 years of experience in training design and development, facilitation and delivery, client relationship management, project management, training planning, and adult learning.

I am currently working as an Instructional Designer in the business process outsourcing industry. I have good understanding of instructional design methodologies and theory (ADDIE, Rapid, etc.), including discovery and adult learning principles. I am equipped to create and develop learning solutions to address training and instructional needs.

I am proficient in developing ILT (instructor-led training) such as PowerPoint slides, facilitator guides, training activity guides, assessments, as well as creating engaging e-Learning materials using various digital authoring tools, such as Articulate 360.

I also have excellent written and spoken communication skills, and excellent business documentation skills. 1.) POWERPOINT TRAINING SLIDES AND FACILITATOR GUIDES

 Title: Effectively Conducting and Processing Activities
Type: Soft-skills ILT module
Description: This module is targeted for training facilitators. This module discusses the role of the facilitator in effectively conducting and processing learner-centered activities. It also covers tips on how to effectively conduct training activities and brief the trainees after the activity.

Title: The ABC Tax Call Flow
Type: Soft-skills ILT module
Description: This module discusses the different parts of the call flow, as well as the importance of each part. It also provides the learners an opportunity to practice the sample verbiage and scripting for each part of the call flow.


Title: The Life Cycle of a Service Request
Type: Process training module
Description: This module is created for a technical field support account that I previously supported. This process-related module discusses the different stages in the life of a service request, as well as the stakeholders and steps involved in each part.

This course talks about the importance of creating and managing a task list, as well as tips on how to effectively list down and prioritize tasks.
